Salesperson Reports - Sales Report

The Salesperson Sales Report provides a sales history for one or a range of salespeople. It reports item sales for each salesperson with a total for the specified period, including the debtor, date of invoice, invoice number, quantity sold, sales value, cost value and gross profit percentage. These figures are based on tax invoices or finalised sales.

You can also use this option to print sales per salesperson per product category, or month to date and year to date sales figures for a salesperson.

  1. Select REPORTS | SALESPERSON REPORTS | SALES REPORT.

Micronet displays the Select Report screen with a list of report layout options created in the Report Generator.

  1. Select a format for the report then select Ok.

Micronet displays a User Defined Questions screen, which differs depending on the report layout you selected. This screen shows the User Defined Questions screen for the Sales History Report - Salesman layout.

  1. Enter or select the starting and ending values for the report (e.g. salesperson IDs or dates).
  1. Select the Ok button.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

  1. Select whether you want the report displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.
